അണ്ണന് തമ്പി
മമ്മൂട്ടി ഇരട്ട വേഷത്തിലഭിനയിക്കുന്ന ഈ സിനിമ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് അന്വര് റഷീദ്. രചന ബെന്നി പി. നായരമ്പലത്തിന്റേതാണ്. തമ്മില് പകയുളള ഇരട്ട സഹോദരങ്ങളെയാണ് മമ്മൂട്ടി അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ചിത്രത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ഒറ്റവാചകത്തില് പറയുകയാണെങ്കില്, ‘മലയാളത്തിലുളള തമിഴ് സിനിമ.’
ഇരട്ടകള് തമ്മിലുളള വഴക്കും, രൂപസാദൃശ്യം കൊണ്ടുണ്ടാവുന്ന confusion-ഉം മറ്റും നമ്മള് ധാരാളം കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതില് ഒരു സഹോദരന് ഊമയാണ്. അങ്ങിനെയാണ് നമ്മള് ഇവരെ തമ്മില് തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നത്. കഥയും ചിത്രീകരണവുമൊക്കെ പഴയ തമിഴ് സ്റ്റൈലാണ്. എന്നാലും സമകാലീന മലയാള സിനിമകളെ താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് ഈ ചിത്രം വളരെ ഭേദമാണ്. സീനുകള് തമ്മില് ബന്ധമുണ്ട്, രചയിതാക്കള് എന്താണ് പറയാനുദ്ദേശിച്ചതെന്ന് നമുക്ക് മനസ്സിലാവും തുടങ്ങിയ ഗുണങ്ങളൊക്കെ ഈ സിനിമക്കുണ്ട്. തമാശകളില് ചിലതൊക്കെ ചിരിയുണര്ത്തുന്നവയുമാണ്. ഞാന് മുമ്പ് സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുളള പോലെ, ഇങ്ങനെയുളള സിനിമകളെടുക്കുന്നവരുടെ ഉന്നം ഉദാത്ത കലയൊന്നുമല്ലല്ലോ. ഇവര് ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കുന്ന പ്രേക്ഷകര്ക്ക് ഇടക്ക്വെച്ച് ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോകാന് തോന്നിയില്ലെങ്കില്, ഇത്തരം സിനിമകള് വിജയിച്ചു എന്നാണര്ത്ഥം.
സിനിമകണ്ടുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നപ്പോള് ശ്രീനിയുടെ മൊബൈലില് ഒര text വന്നു: “Hows da movie?” മറുപടി ഇങ്ങനെ: “At least bearable, for a change.”

That review pretty much explains the whole thing.. If he finds a movie bad, he would write atleast 3 pages criticising the movie and if the movie is good, just a onliner saying, its okay..

Something that i like about Jayan is that , he believes in what he says , unlike most others.
Thats appreciable , sometimes you are wrong , sometimes right .,its just the percentage
difference that matters .
Jayan is MOSTLY right , this review was good , why should you elaborate everything , when you

Yes, i do agree that this is a Tamil film in Malayalam. Not getting bored in between but for that you need to keep on saying yourself that you are watching a Tamil film. About the review, this much is not enough for the visitors of this site. An in-depth analysis is required, and that is what every one expects from you. So please update the review.
